Refund Policy for Digital Goods

Due to the nature of digital content, all sales of eBooks are final. Once a digital product is purchased and the download link is delivered, it cannot be "returned" or "exchanged."

Exceptional Circumstances

While we generally do not offer refunds, we may consider them on a case-by-case basis in exceptional circumstances, such as:

- Duplicate purchases of the same title.

- Corrupted files that cannot be opened (where we are unable to provide a functional replacement).

- Major technical defects preventing access to the content.

3. A brief explanation of the issue.

Processing

If an exception is granted, your refund will be processed to your original payment method within 7–10 business days. Please note that your bank or credit card company may take additional time to post the transaction to your account.
